Originally from Portsmouth in the UK, I completed a three-year Music with Instrumental and Vocal teaching degree at the University of Chichester, West Sussex after gaining my postgraduate teaching qualification from the Paulgrove SCITT. In 2012, my ambition to travel and work in the international education sector led me to apply for a teaching post at an international school in Thailand, where I gained some invaluable experience before deciding to return to Europe. I joined Park Lane in 2015 as Nursery teacher at the Norbertov campus. I am currently looking forward to supporting the choir and am enjoying the opportunity to develop my experience and knowledge in the Early Years department.
I feel very privileged to work with children from different countries and cultures and find Park Lane’s pupils a pleasure to work with because they are always happy to be at school and love to learn in creative and imaginative ways.
I enjoy living in Prague because of the beautiful architecture and history. I enjoy Prague’s many music festivals and independent stores.
My hobbies and interests include performing in bands and keeping fit. My biggest ambition is to volunteer to work with children with disabilities.
