I grew up in a smaller city in Serbia, when in 2008 my life took a huge turn as my family decided to move to Prague in pursue of greater opportunities for my brother and me. Soon enough, I found myself feeling at home in Prague. I spent my first three years studying in English, continued onto a Czech gymnasium, and finally started my graduate studies at the Charles University, where I've spent three years learning and gaining experience with Molecular Biology and Biochemistry of Organisms. I worked in many different fields that had nothing to do with what I studied, which motivated me to try and find something closer to what I know, a place where I can apply my knowledge. I applied for the position of Laboratory Technician at Park Lane, and I cannot be any happier, as the school quickly became a place where I'm very excited to spend my time.
Outside of the white lab coat and school life, I enjoy discovering new music, new spots for good coffee in Prague, and spending time with friends, with whom we love going on trips around the Czech Republic.
