This event is not just about running, but you can participate in various sporting activities. All you need to do is to exercise and mark your achievements. Each 10 minutes of physical activity counts for 1,5 km of the marathon.
Take part and complete the marathon anywhere that you can complete your exercise, participate in the marathon to keep active, work towards your goals, maintain good physical and mental health, demonstrate grit, determination and resilience:)
