I grew up in London and my mother was a teacher, which helped me decide on my career early in life. I graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2013 before returning to London to carry out my teacher training. Since then I have worked in schools in London and in Ho Chi Minh City, where I taught maths to key stages 3, 4 and 5, as well as being a pastoral leader. I have just completed my MA Education from the University of Bath, where I looked at maths anxiety and its implications for students. This has helped me develop as a teacher to provide a supportive, reflective and challenging environment for my students, who love maths as much as I do.
I am looking forward to exploring Prague and the Czech Republic and visiting the beautiful national parks around the country. I am excited to live in such a wonderful city and feel privileged to be working at Park Lane.
