The Park Lane International School educational programme runs Monday to Friday from 9.15 to 15.00. We also offer complimentary morning supervision starting at 8.00 and after club supervision until 17.00 for parents who need to drop off or pick up their children outside our school hours.
We recommend that you arrive with your child by 9.00. Upon arrival, we ask that you help your child to take off their coat and change into their indoor shoes. We then request that you take your child to their classroom. For reasons of safety, children are not to be left unsupervised in the cloakroom or in the corridors. Thank you for your understanding in helping us foster a safe and caring environment at Park Lane International School.
Please do not forget to write your pick up arrangements in the Class Book each morning. This ensures a stress-free end to the school day. You can find the Class Books on the wall in the foyer of the school.
The school day starts promptly at 9.15. We ask that all children are in class ready for registration and to begin their first activity by 9.00. It can be quite unsettling for children to arrive late and miss the teacher’s introduction to the day.
Pick up times
The pick up time for all classes is at 15.00 unless children are staying for an after school club or after school supervision. It is possible to arrange alternative pick up times if necessary, but where possible we ask that you inform the school office in advance, in order not to interrupt the daily routine or activity of your child.
Change of pick up arrangements
If, for any reason, your pick up arrangements change during the day, please contact the school office immediately. Please note, that if the new arrangements include a person not listed as a third party in your child’s enrolment form, they will be required to present a valid form of photo identification such as a passport or National ID Card to the office before being permitted to collect your child. There are no exceptions to this rule as your child’s safety is paramount.
